Managing Clients The Osprey Way

Step 1
Osprey consultants obtain the brief from the client which includes details of the job role and the various skills, qualities, and attributes an ideal candidate must possess. A thorough review of the brief is carried out in order to fully understand the client’s requirements.
Step 3
The job role is also advertised online, and a full search for suitable candidates is undertaken on all job board databases and LinkedIn. We also assess candidates from competitors, passive candidates, and referrals.
Step 5
The client selects the best candidate for the role and a formal job offer is made. Osprey manages this process and works in conjunction with the client and candidate up to the commencement of the candidate’s first day of employment. Only after the candidate has begun their employment are any fees payable.
Step 2
Our consultants then conduct a full search of the Osprey Engineering Database which contains more than 10,000 CVs.
Step 4
Once a thorough search of the market has been completed using all available resources, we complete an in-depth evaluation of suitable candidates before proposing five to the client for review. Typically, three to four interviews are arranged with the client during which the aptitude of each candidate is assessed.
