Internal Service Sales (Robotics)

We have an opportunity available to join a leading robot manufacturer and true pioneer of the industry. Our principal consultant Robin Thomas, is looking to speak to those well versed in service sales with a customer service background. Ideally you’ll have a formal engineering qualification, as you’ll be selling high performance robots for a variety of applications into a diverse range of sectors including automotive, electrical, and electronics.

Working as part of the the Internal Service Sales team, your primary role is to sell service contracts for robots that are out in the field. The Internal Service Sales team is based in Warrington, however the role will also include the need to occasionally visit customers to pursue contracts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow sales leads to new and existing customers for scheduled maintenance agreements, covering a range of industrial robots
  • Help with writing and modifying service contracts

Required Skills & Experience 

  • A formal engineering qualification is desired
  • Experience in service sales with a customer service background
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A thorough approach to tackling problems and the ability to work methodically
  • The ability to work as part of a team
