Due to continued growth and expansion Osprey is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer/Commercial Administrator to join our team in the heart of Birmingham.

The focus of this role is to assist consultants in the headhunting process, source candidates, compile shortlists and build client relationships.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have various content writing duties such as, managing all social media channels, writing job advertisements, and creating blog posts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduled posts on all social media channels, taking ownership of the company’s LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter pages.
  • Responsibility for all content writing – job advertisements, blog posts, email campaigns to clients etc.
  • Booking interviews with both candidates and clients, using the company’s database and CRM system
  • Proactively approach potential candidates ensuring all information is recorded accurately regarding their search requirements
  • Screening/Teams interviewing candidates
  • Occasionally take on customer briefing calls – building and maintaining client relationships.

 

Skills:

  • Good levels of computer literacy, with a familiarity of databases and CRM systems.
  • Previous experience working in a recruitment or sales setting
  • Positive, motivating and resilient attitude.
  • Excellent telephone manner, comfortable talking to new and existing candidates
  • Creative mind and excellent work ethic to see things through to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
