Service Engineer (Field Based)

An exciting new opportunity has just become available, to join an expert in their field who are at the forefront of designing, supplying and servicing wastewater management systems and pumping stations.  We’re looking to speak with proficient service engineers about an attractive package that incudes a company van, fuel card, phone, and all specialist tools/PPE is provided.

This is a newly created position where you’ll act as a dedicated resource to our our service department, facilitating a smooth business operation by fulfilling the needs of our customers through the reliable maintenance of sewage and surface water pumping station assets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Investigate and rectify site issues identified during routine and emergency attendances to customer sites
  • Respond to customer requirements, providing a consistent high level of service, ensuring customer satisfaction to secure repeat business
  • Be part of a call out system monitoring and reacting to critical alarms, providing support as and when required
  • Collaborate with management teams to help implement and execute key objectives for further business development
  • Assist with day to day operations of the Ops Department with the aim to provide higher levels of customer satisfaction, exceptional quality and sustained profitable growth for the company
  • Provide an exemplary service of the highest possible Health & Safety Standards in accordance with current legislation and company policy
  • Gain proficiency in all company IT systems, allowing swift and accurate record keeping to aid the service department in achieving KPI and SLA agreements

  • Computer & IT literate
