Home based position | £45,000 – £60,000 | Career progression within 12 months | Attractive benefits package

Working as a Home Based UK Territory Manager, you’ll be joining an experienced team, focussed on developing our OEMs and Distributors, also taking responsibility for winning new customers, particularly within the mobile machinery sectors.

Candidates will only be considered that have the desire, ability and experience to progress to a Business Development Manager role within 6-12 months, where you’d be responsible for leading UK and ROW sales teams to exceed sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain and grow business with our OEM customers
• Maintain and grow business through our authorised distributors
• Plan and forecast future business
• Find new OEM customers

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Engineering background, specifically within the fluid power industry
• A degree in engineering (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 5 years B2B sales and team management experience
• Desire and ability to progress to a leadership role within 12 months
