Internal Sales and Customer Support

We’re looking for strong and personable communicators to join a growing Sales and Customer Support team for a leading, independent Engineering & Industrial parts distributor. Our Client has been established in the area for several decades and thanks to their sustained growth, they’ve tasked us to find a bright, energetic team member to join their team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

• Exercise your fantastic communication skills to initiate, develop, and maintain customer relationships
• Use effective questioning to clearly establish customer requirements
• Prepare, submit, and follow up customer quotations with a high attention to detail
• Accurately record and process orders
• Consistently provide exceptional levels of customer service to existing and new customers

Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness and willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Team player
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Experience in a similar environment is preferable but not essential

The Offer

• Competitive salary – up to £28,000 DOE
• Bonus scheme
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas break, birthday – (rising to 25 days after 2 years service)
