What you’ll be doing

• Effectively plan daily/weekly actions & initiatives to meet and exceed targets
• Take responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle of all your active roles
• Search and network in industry, to ensure you maintain a hotlist of the best candidates available in your market
• Manage client relationships, building trust and gaining client commitment through regular contact
• Engage clients to understand their needs, consulting and selling the most appropriate solutions

Skills & Experience
No previous experience in recruitment is required for the role, however, we’re looking for someone with the hunger and drive to make placements, alongside the following essential qualities:

• Resilient, with a great work ethic to see tasks through to completion
• Experience in sales or a competitive environment
• Money-motivated and results orientated
• Commercially aware, perceptive and analytical in your approach
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Team player, ready to get involved in all areas of the business
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven

• High earning potential – £24k basic salary and first year OTE £40K
