We’re looking for confident communicators with a strong administration or customer service background, to join an innovative and environmentally consciousness automotive manufacturer as a Warranty Administrator.

As a Warranty Administrator, you’ll be joining a growing and succesful team, taking responsibility for receiving and managing a variety of warranty claims, through to a successful conclusion.

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Process all warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of accuracy for all documentation
  • Take ownership of each claim through to completion, following up on payment and reconciling receivables
  • Resubmit rejected claims promptly
  • Tracks warranty parts and arrange for shipments to the factory, distributor, or to be scrapped

Skills & Experience 

  • Strong administration/customer service background
  • Experience within a manufacturing background
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work
  • Confident communicator
  • Aftersales experience
  • Automotive experience is desired but not essential
